Frimax pathetic

<div>Frankly they deserve no stars. After buying a packet of smoked beef from my local pick n pay in howick. I discovered at a party I hosted that the chips was burnt. Badly burnt. No one could stomach it. I kept the packet and complained to Frimax and only to receive a measly R20 voucher as an sms on my phone, to be used at Shoprite. There is no shoprite in my town. With the cost of fuel, no way am I going to drive to the next town just to redeem it. After telling this to Frimax employee said that their case is closed on their side. Pathetic. They deal with take a lot why couldn't they deliver. Or give me a voucher where I can actually redeem it.</div>
