Frimax is FriMIN

I recently bought 3 packets of 125g Frimax chips: Salt & Vinegar,Cheese & Onion and Chutney. The Salt & Vingar was stale on opening, the info was e-mailed to their address, supplying The MNF 16/07/19 07:50 and BB 16/01/20 L1 from the stamp on the packet. It has been a week and I still have not had any contact from them. I complained previously about a similar issue, and have had no response either
