The sign on their counter says it all! "We do not do fast food. We do fresh food as fast as we can. " Every single lettuce leaf is fresh and the carrot and cucumber slices have all their moisture intact. I choose the smoked salmon trout with avo, crispy capers (delicious) and cottage cheese on an open sandwich. This is my favourite eating -out treat and is always brilliant.
