shocking service ever-this company must just close shop

I'm trying to cancel my Auto&General policy, A&G insurance said they can close it I must call my broker I don't understand I'm the one paying why cant you cancel it, I was transferred to Friend4life and they don't want to assist me telling me the is only one person who does cancellation for two days I have been waiting for the person to call me this is the type of service that you and up in court to resolve it what happened to customer care
