Bad attitude and service

<p>The agent called Tshepo was very rude and due to that i will not refer anyone to this agent. he needs to be debarred for such services to a client. Last year this time i used Friends4life as my brokers to assist me in getting a car insurance. My insurance policy was cancelled by Unity as my car is written off but there was a R80 dedicted from my account. When i called in to find out the agent was so rude that he said to me Zaba is not around to help me and he is not Zaba. Fortunately for me i ended up being helped by the most kind and understanding guy called Mhleli. Thanks to this young man my issue is resorted. </p>
