3 months - no car!

<p>I claim for an accident i has and had my car accessed at the constantia kloof assessment centre on the 29th of December 2016, was cntacted only once to date by the unity team advising that the claim was approved and my car would be collected the very next friday. this happened about a month later. 2 weeks ago i went to collect my car and the tyre had not been replaced, the shock had also not been replaced. It is now 3 months plus and i do not have a vehicle??? I expect a full explination regarding the complete lack of service on this matter and want to know why i should pay the access when no service has been delivered?</p>
