Concerning Conduct with Growing Concerns

I have a friend who has just a 4 course package in JNB. She has been advised to complete 200 hours of fieldwork practicals. She was given blank documents to complete herself. The institution she has app**** does not recognise the qualification. They require that Friends with Love Care International call directly in order to qualify for a placement. After much back and forth, we were assured FWCLI would call the institution directly. This was one week ago, after assuring us the call would be made on Monday morning last week. We are still awaiting feedback.
