unacceptable

a train ride to Cullinan that was going to be two hours going two hours back turned out to be 9 hours . with no party for my very disappointed child and all our family and friends that spend a fortune for a train ride and all they could tell us was they had to wait for permission to get on the track surely this must be done way in advance,if you know you have 400 people on board <br> <br> we spend one hour in Cullinan was going to be there for the day to have my child party i will not encourage anyone to go on this trip .
