No Refund received when promised

<p>27/04/2016 our train trip was cancelled a few kms into the trip.&nbsp;</p> <p>We were very happy to be told that we would be refunded.</p> <p>I contacted then via email (Arno) and after I complained on FB; I received a reply stating that they are waiting for payment from Computicket on which payment I shall receive my refund.</p> <p>Today I am told that I must computicket as computicket has the event as cancelled.</p> <p>I phoned computicket who tells me that they have no records of such a cancellation or any refunds that has to be made.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Take care - I will never recommend Friends of the Rail as a family outing.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
