I want my car fixed

I am astonished with the treatment I have received from Friendly Motors. U took my car to them stayed for more than 2 weeks without a descency of them keeping me informed of what was wrong with the car. Eventually I was told that they were not able to fix the problem. Now the problem with the car is much more even worse than I took it for. The car was able to drive only was not picking up speed when it was going up the bridge. Now as I was from them heading home the car was then difficult for me to drive home, taking up gears only up to the 2nd gear instead of the 4th and then it would automatically bring it down to the 1st gear then jerks. I did not pay for them to open the car however what do i do with the problem that it has now which it didn't have? I called them several times today, airtime finishing there's not even a descency of them to call me back? I would like my car fixed as it was before rather. Even the other dealership that referred me to you can vouch with me with the problem am referring to as they also tested the car.
