They don't want to give me the refund.

I bought a car part for Nissan tiida R2900 last year they gave me a wrong art 3 times. I returned the part and ask for refund, they have never gave my refund to date. They promised again on Wednesday to refund me when I call they always tell me the person responsible is out for deliveries. I called today no answer.
