Friendly Car Parts, the worse consumer experience ever.

I ordered a part, was promised same day despatch upon payment. I paid R5200 with no hassle as an immediate payment eft. Both banks confirmed tbe tranaction was a success and Eric who poses as the manager denied receiving funds. Three days later he confirms receipt of the funds falsly blaming the bank. He eventually despatches the BMW VDO Electric waterpump as we both confirmed i paid for. Days later i received a delivery of a cheap Chinese no name knock off. This is not what i paid for. They now refuse to refund me. And the item they delivered is still sealed. I cannot fit a pirate electric part in my BMW 740i. I will never recommend this thieving company to anyone. They took R5200 and im sitting with a useless part and not what we both agreed on.
