Most horrible service ever

Worst service ever. Paid R2000 in advance for transport for 10 friends to a wedding. Specifically requested a shuttle bus. Friendly Cabs thought 2 boxes on wheels would be sufficient expecting us to sit on each other’s laps. We had to drive ourselves to the wedding as Friendly Cabs actually subcontracted our taxi ride to someone else and could not be bothered to honour the arrangement. 100% ruined our night. Pathetic
