Friedman's Electrical - very professional

They were quick to respond and a team of 3 guys pitched up looking very much ready to take on any challenge. Not long before they arrived I cut a live wire and literally melted a chunk out of a side cutter with a loud bang and a flash. Don't want to think what could have happened if the handle was not insulated?!? I couldn't get the power back on, but in my state of mind and to my embarrassment I didn't think to switch the red lever on the prepaid box back on again. As they walked in, the mistake was immediately picked up, so they could have been in and out in minutes. I called in to ask for a discount on the call-out fee. Amanda must have heard every story in the book to save a buck, but I did get a reduction from R570 to R450 (which is still a nice chunk of change for not thinking straight). So in summary, these guys are super professional and I would recommend them, but be aware that management does not mess around or hand out freebees, which I can understand. (Actually, I should just be grateful to be alive!!) PS: I'm sure the rating would have been 5 if they did any work OR if I got a bigger discount ;O)
