Bad Service and bad atritude

They sell and repair fridges. They came and repaired my fridge which worked for 2 weeks. I contacted them and told them and they said they will come back. Took their technician long to come check and do things right. They kept saying their technician is coming. When he came the fridge still didn't work and he said I must switch it off till 9pm. still the freezer didn't freeze. And I told them they said they will come however till today no one came. I asked for my refund and they no longer answer me on whatsapp and calls. Their service is bad. They are situated at Cosmo
