Total **********!

Absolutely **********! They came to fix my fridge early July, it worked for a week, after that gave them a call, they gave me a run around and eventually a technician came said a totally different thing to the initial technician. I was then told to switch the fridge off for 12hrs and after 12hrs it should work, it worked for 2 days and then called them the 3rd time they said it's the rubber fridge seal that needs to be replaced.

This has been since July but till today my fridge is not working, paid them an exorbitant amount of money that I could have used to buy a new fridge. When I told the technician I would rather buy a new fridge than pay the amount, they were like my fridge is as good as new if I fix it, it should go for another 10 or more years.

I believed that *******!!! When I call them now since I am still under warranty, they do not answer my calls. They say they are "On-Site and Guaranteed Service you can trust".
