I contacted your offices and whatsapped my address to ********** 817, a man was sent to my house to fix the fridge on the 24th of December 2018 at 17h30. He welded the pipe and then said its fixed and re-gassed the fridge. Later I called him back and he said I have to switch off the fridge and he will come back as all the gass was leaking out. I am working during the day and he could only come back when it was not public holidays. I called the office as his phone is off and the office tells me its not their problem that I paid R630 for this. and nothing is fixed. Cant you check who you sent out that day as his number is ********** . I am taking this further and reporting you as I have the record of the calls made and the whatsapp sent to your offices. I just want my fridge fixed, thats it but if I will be ignored, I will report this to the authorities and get your company closed down!!
