Appliance repairs Randburg are one of the worse companies i have ever dealt with. They do not give you all the information you need when phoning. They send their chaps to fix our fridge not saying that they did not have a credit card machine. They wanted cash that was for the call out of 5 mins R600. We do not keep R600 cash. Said they wanted an EFT receipt immediately, load shedding so could not use computer. They got very aggressive and sat outside in their van not allowing our car to move out of the garage. When phoning them they state that the R600 call out comes off the total price but it does not. They said it needed a gas refill which since then we found out that it did not.
