I want my refund freshware for canceled order I cannot wait for 60 days for my refund give back my money 😤 😫 😩
Gafane linah lebo I am not happy with the manner in which my case or matter is handled at freshware company which sells pots, stove and many other kitchen products. I have made and order last year november through an agent who came to school I'm working at.freshware started deducting for December, January, February and March so I have decided to cancell the order and requested my refund on the first week of April 2026. I called and emailed them several times they don't respond to my emails to confirm the cancellation and tell me when to receive my refund .when I called the first consultant claimed my order is canceled and I will be refunded with 6 working days ,when I called to inquire about the refund process I'm talk different story that I will get my refund after 60 days of which they say I will get my refund in June, I am not happy their service is poor with rude staff.please don't order from them freshware its a disgrace, I want my money I will go all out to get my money I'm gonna expose this company I'm heading to TikTok to make people aware
