Great Service from Freshtec Energy

I must say that i was nervous when deciding to purchase from this company. Relatively new and not many reviews. Although there were no bad reviews at all about the company on any platform. I purchased a Pylontech US3000C battery online on a Friday afternoon so did not receive any feedback over the long weekend which made me more anxious. On Tuesday morning Patrick called me to confirm my order and by this time i decided to buy two batteries and paid the difference. He said that they used Courier Guy and i would have the parcel by Wednesday, which was the next day and i live in an outlying area. I got my delivery the very next day. This company only allows EFT/Wire payments for now. Hope it will change soon. Patrick guided me through the battery setup as my inverter/solar system was already running. He even referred me to one of their installers with regard to the settings on my Sunsynk inverter. Extremely pleased with the price and efficiency of the staff. Will definitely use them again.
