Let me start by saying I know nothing about solar and batteries etc. With load shedding and cable theft our fridges were taking a knock. Patrick Taruvinga was patient, explanatory and helpful. Even amidst many questions from my side. He assisted with pricing, models, advice and after many calls we settled on a backup system, for now. He arranged the units, recommended installers and today even made time to run through the system settings. Patrick, thank you for your service.
