WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!
Totally unacceptable! I was made to wait twenty minutes after I placed an order, only to find out it was NOT processed at all by the attendants (kitchen staff) who took my order! It's funny how customers who arrived after I did received their orders, OF THE VERY SAME MENU ITEM, within the twenty minutes... REALLY NOW!!! Twenty minutes is a long time to wait for fast food, especially if the order takes less then half that time to prepare!!!
