Toxic working enviroment

Hi, i use to work at FreshStop Sherwood 45th cutting as a deli assisntant under managemnt of Yougen Minstry ( store manager)and Marline Nidoo( deli manager). It was one of the most toxic places i have ever worked at. we were once being scolded and called lazy and how we have gone fat from their money that why we dont want to work. if there is someting missing or broken they would deduct 200 on our pay without telling us, we were once told that for that particular shift we need to sell 120 chickens and we were going to be given an incentive for that, we did exceed the target and when it came time to give us our incentive, we told why should we be awarded for doing jobs and we never got the incentive even though the boss did leave the R1200 for us. before resigning i started having chest pains and when i went to the doctor he quickly referred me to the hospital and after doing the xrays they found out that i have smoke in my lungs due to being exposed to grill, after being on sick leave for 3 days u returned to work with the doctors letter and made them aware of the condition. i ended not being paid for the sick leave days and i was told it was because not from a doctor but from a hospital. i was still not removed from the grill but instead i was told that i am seeking special treatment for no reason. i had no choice but leave the place for the sake of my mental being.
