Terrible Service

<p>Walked into Freshstop Mount Egdecome today (02/11/2016) to buy a Piemans pie. Firstly there were no packets to put the pie in, I had to request for one. An attendant went to find a packet. He disappeared for a while, he couldn't find it. Somebody else had to go look for it, found it after a while. I paid for the pie, I but into it, and it was burnt black, I was so upset about this because I was starving and needed something to eat after work. Called the store to complain about it, the guy on the other side was so rude, as I was explaining he hung up on me. Tried calling again, the phone was not placed on the hook as it kept saying line busy. Called him again to explain, "Lionel" says he doesn't know how the call hung up and that wasn't him, I started explaining my story to him again, he hung up on me AGAIN. I am so appalled at this customer service and when I told him that I will be complaining to somebody higher and to give me his manager's number he said the manager is not available. So ridiculous. Never going back there</p>
