Sub Standard Food

At 7:20pm today I bought a Mutton Pie from this Freshstop today. When I took it home to eat , the Pie was stale and hard as rock and the gravy inthe Pie was all dried up. Immediately I went to Freshstop and complained and they refunded Me my money. This is not the first time we have experienced such a problem at this Freshstop. I am most certian that there are many other people out there experiencing the same problem but they dont know whom to to complain to. <br> My question is, does Freshstop do regular quality check and if they do then how is this happening.Also especially when it comes to food there must strngent quality standard. we cannot tolerate people digging into Bunnies without wearing gloves and head cover.
