Store Not Aware of Advertised special, Bad Attitude and then no stock on 1st day

Wanted to purchase a few Red Bull's at Local Fresh Stop in Belgravia Road, Athlone, this and a few items were advertised in the local news paper, when I got to the shop, and enquired about the Red Bull, the staff told me their is no such special running, when I returned a few hours later with a copy of the advert, they had the posters up, when I tried to find the items i wanted to purchase, they had no stock. I asked if I could speak to the manager , I was told to come back the next day. This attitude of staff is appalling and I have had other issues before and when at the time I asked for the manager, I was told he or she is sleeping to come back later. This morning, I thought I would contact Fresh Stop customer service to raise my unhappiness , only to find the telephone does not get answered and I made this call after 8.30am . SHAME on you Fresh Stop, poor service from head office and stores
