SOLD ME BAD FOOD
I went to Fresh Stop last night and bought a few things (Receipt Att.) Great service and all but when I got home to eat the two pizza slices I bought were bad.
Chichen – this was so tasteless I even added salt but still was super dland Beef – so this pizza was okish but when I bit into a piece of Beef this was super sour/off and I actually vomited this out was disgusting to say the least…
I immediately threw this out but fished a piece out of the trash just to show you how it looked … (att.) I this moning called the manager at that store (Adeep) and he advises me if I brought it back lasnight they could have refunded me(like that would have made it Better) but because it happened lasnight there is nothing he can do….
I must say I regularly buy from fresh stops coz I have never had an issue with the food but this is Disgusting that such food be served to customers…
So I received a call from one Bridgett from Fresh Stop call's me and Apologizes for any inconvenience caused, and offers to give me a R50 for my inconvenience,
Furthermore i receive an E-mail from them as well stating " we will not entertain any racial comments as we have different races working within our company . Your complaint has been escalated to our legal team for investigation and feedback will be provided to you."
So people 1stly I am not a ****** person, There is No Hate in my Heart....
but one of the sad facts of life in SA is that we often have to Deal with things like this...
All i had said was that I am Pretty Sure that this would not have happened in a white area which is My Opinion which i am sure most people would share...
I have since mailed back to say I do not want anything more to do with them, they do not even need to pay my money back they can put it towards there Customer Service Training...
As for the Threat of Legal Action, you are More than welcome to try...
