Rewards app not rewarding

They have this app that states they cant give you the reward because they can't find the items on the till slip but yet there is only that 2 items on the slip. Perfectly clear to see. This a a con to get customers to buy from thier shops and receive rewards but don't give them. I have even queried it so many times but no responses.
