Poor service / lack of customer service

Unpleasant service!!! No customer service - Caltex freshstop Nelspruit, Valencia Mall, corner of Jerepico Street, Samora Machel Dr. Girl by the name of Thoe was so unpleasant and rude for a customer asking a question.... They literally has one lady working and the line was so full yet they busy with their own doings, you will swear the shop belongs to them - i am a regular customer and the service there is always pathetic!!! There will only be one or two employees that will gladly assist without hesitation. As for the rest they more worried of nothing BUT their BIG EYE LASHES!!!! Imagine its morning people are going to work yet they so SLOW its not even funny!!!!
