Pathetic service at Caltex Freshstop in Newlands West Durban

I had visited Caltex Freshstop in Newlands West, Durban on Saturday 2nd June 2018 at 11H55.

I had attempted to purchase two packs of halls lozengers and pay using my debit card. The cashier refused to accept payment and insisted I would have to make a purchase of over R30 to make use of the speed point facility. I was not made aware of this prior to arriving at the till point. Nor was any sign put up making customers aware if this. When asked about a sign the cashier had arrogantly responed, "I am the sign"

Really pathetic and disrespectful service.
