Pathetic service again and again from Kitchen

Once again I have gone to Freshstop in Caledon and they have not made the Vetkoek Burger, the first few months when the started selling the Vetkoek Burger they started to cook it early and by 08:30 - 09:00 it would be ready and I would purchase it. then about 6 months after they would only start is at about 09:00-10:00 and the 10:00, so because of the bad service I stopped going there.

Now after a year and a half I when there because my wife really wanted on of the Vetkoek Burgers and guess what not to my surprise they did not star the Vetkoek Burgers.

I am getting sick of the bad service from the store.
