"Owner/Manager" unruly conduct

Today we visited Freshstop Pinelands, this out regular stop. We have never had a bad experience there before in the 15 years we used to visit the store. Today left such a bitter taste in my mouth, I don't think I would ever visit that store again. Especially when an employee brings the company name into disrepute. Is shocking the standard of **** we as taxpayers and law abiding citizens must put up with.
