NOT FRESHSTOP BUT OLDSTOP... BEWARE OF THE POISONOUS PIES!!!!

FRESHSTOP??? I THINK NOT...MORE LIKE OLDSTOP!!!!

We purchased four pies from your Mashakane branch on the 10/04/2019. 3 being Prime steak and 1 Steak and Kidney.

So my colleagues and i were having breakfast and the one says the pie tastes odd but we continued eating as this was our first time eating Prime steak pies. Within a few minutes after eating the pies, we all felt nauseous and threw up. Immediately called the branch where we purchased the pies.

I am appalled that we were just offered a refund after the manager confirmed, that the was something wrong with the cold storage and it affected the pies. Till now, not a soul has contacted me regarding this.

Why is your name FRESHSTOP when clearly you are selling us old food. I am totally disappointment in this service. A refund will not fix my digestive system which has been badly affected by your OLD PIES.

I feel blame has been shifted to your supplier, of which i do not care, as i purchased the pies from your Mashakane branch and not your supplier.

SIES!! SUCH A BIG BRAND WITH SUCH ****TY SERVICE.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I WILL BE GOING ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA TO INFORM EVERYBODY THAT YOU SELL OLD FOOD.

OH, AND LET US NOT FORGET THE HEALTH INSPECTOR... AS YOUR BRANCH MANAGER CONFIRMED THERE WAS A BREAK IN THE COLD STORAGE.. THAT IS NEGLIGENCE..
