Not family friendly

My family and i, had a terrible experience at Freshstop Delta motors, 80 zastron street, Bloemfontein. I was taking my 2year old *** to the toilet, where you have to pay to go in. Picked up my son to pee in the crip, tried washing his hand but the basin was broken and people working there using the toilet. As I went out opened the gate that is hard to open, my daughter went in so kept the gate open with foot as my son was in my arms. The owner (John) comes out of the disabled toilets telling me I must leave as I'm damaging property, instead of him helping me to keep the gate open before it hurts my daughter. I felt offended as this happened infront of the entire shop. He was very disrespectfull and I told him all the defects in the toilets as we are paying for it, it should be proper and hygienic. The owner going on with me while my son is in my arms and me keeping gate open for my daughter as she could have gotten injured. He locked the disabled toilet door after using it and walked to the other toilets as we where talking and did not come back. This is not a family friendly stop or for disabled people as they would also struggle to keep gate open without assistance. I also found that some of there products are not priced and does not have a barcode to scan. I would not recommend using the stop if a person has a choice.
