Manager on duty: Bad Attitude

On Monday 13-11-2017, at about 16h30, I stopped by the Fresh Stop in Canehaven Phoenix to get a few supplies and some snacks. I went to the back of the store where the cakes and pastries are kept. I noticed that in the glass display unit , where the cakes are stored, there was a whole lot of ants crawling on the cakes. So I asked the security on duty to please call the manager, so that I can bring it to his attention. The security guard went to the managers office to call him, and returned saying the manager is unable to see me as he was very busy. I felt this to be very rude and disrespectful. If he was unavailable, he did not have the courtesy asking another employee to assist. I used to support this store on a regular basis, but after this kind of attitude I will definitely not be returning to this store. Being in the retail business myself, this is not how customers are dealt with. Disgusted and disappointed.
