Lack of assistance

I have been traumatised by breaking my back and was operated on by 5 spine specialists. They have placed 11 *****s in my spine. I was discharged from hospital and given Schedule 5 medication which I cannot take on an empty stomach. I have approached the store and they refused assistance. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am really desperate for a few days of food which is vital for recovery. Please respond as soon as possible.
