****ins with mold La Concorde and Freshstop

I am very disappointed by Caltex freshtop in Mayberry park, on Hennie Alberts and L Concorde. I bought carrot ****ins this morning for breakfast only for them to taste funny and they had mould on top and on the cupcake lining paper, there was also this mucus like thing appearing when I try to divide my ****in. Please assist.
