Freshstop Kingfisher Drive, Fourways. Exceptionally *********** Manager, Kevin when addressing an issue. What an unpleasant consumer experience. Most of the food product prices and descriptions are (regularly) either not displayed at all or are not matched properly. When complaining to the Manager, Kevin for perennially wasting my time when I have to always ask for the description and prices of the food products. He remains unhelpful, obtuse and unwilling to remedy the problem. Very frustrating, I will never go this shop again.

The owner, Akona Mononela remains equally dismissive and uninterested in investigating my complaint, she instead resorts to flagrant slander and blatant lying, rather than address the issue.

The Consumer Protection Act states it is a legal requirement to display the price and description of all products for sale.
