Freshstop Le Mans Service Station Kenyon Howden Road Montclair Durban

So I visited Freshshop Le Mans Service Station in Kenyon Howden Road Montclair Durban last week I frequent this establishment weekly to put petrol and then at least twice a week to get lunch for myself and my daughter we always get the Yummy Beef Sausage Rolls On this evening I wanted sausage rolls but they had none so I got 3 pies and a 1.5 coke...I got home only to find the pies were cold and heavy...which means they had been sitting for a while and the pastry had got heavier as they cooled down ...which is common with pies...if they are hot they are crispy/flaky and light...these were cold and heavy I complained on the Fresh stop care line and received an email from the manager or owner and he's telling me it's because I put the coke in the same packet with the pies they got cold...if they really had examined the footage they were watching they would see me holding up the coke to my face/cheek and realising it was not cold...but i was already in the queue and i was rwally tired...they also said they had had an audit and they passed...no one else had complained about cold pies...blah blah...they asked me for my contact number and that's it...haven't heard from them again...
