Freshstop deceiving customers

My husband bought a promotional item and entered a competition at freshstop in 2022 in Caneside, Phoenix and won a R1000 fuel voucher with Caltex. My husband had given the manager of freshstop his details as requested to load the fuel onto the card however the fuel was not loaded onto the card to date. We contacted Caltex and were advised to call freshstop because the competition was at freshstop and not with them. I contacted freshstop and they advised that I call Caltex and thereafter they never responded to any of my other emails. We went back to Caltex and the manager asked us to come back the following week and still the fuel was not loaded. The card has now expired and the manager at Freshstop says that he cannot help us. Freshstop is misleading and deceiving their customers. They are hosting competitions if you buy a particular product but there isn't an actual prize. You don't win with freshstop, you just get ****med!
