Customer service

Some time in September 2017 I walked into freshtop to buy food late at night. After being served at the kitchen I over heard one of the cooks talking about me. I then asked what the problem was, the lady went on a verbally ubusive ranting about how freshstop is not my shop and how she doesn't care who I am. I was then assaulted by the security guard and had to seek medical help. Up until this day no one from freshstop has called to enquire about the incident as it was on video. I've also found out that the same cook has been rude to a couple of people I know. Nothing has been done by their management. They are taking advantage because they know we have no choice but to go there after hours.
