Crispy Chicken Airport Industria

I went to Crispy Chicken Airport Industria this morning, never had such a bad experience in my life. I like Crispy Chicken, I normally go to Montague Gardens, Kuisriver and even bought in Graaff Reinett before. Wherever I went there was friendly service and everything was fresh. This morning was such a disappointment. The staff don't greet but that is not the worse. As I say I normally buy foods from them, freshly baked while I stand there. Freshstop Airport Industria food is taken out of the warmer, looking stale, service slow. Staff working without gloves, kitchen area dirty. I them called the supervisor asking what is going on and explained what great service I received at other branches. She was so rude, I then asked her if it was because of the area and her reply was yes. HOW, you pay the same money as any other of their branches, why. I eventually walked out of the shop with nothing. Airport Industria Crispy Chicken, the worst, never again
