Cold and overcooked food and incorrect chicken portions

Hi I bought 2x buckets for one at freshstop caltex Bayview just after 14h00...wen I received the 2 boxes the wings portions was incorrect I then told them and the lady behind the counter was bit sarcastic and asked me to wait 7 minutes out of a pack wings they fried where there's only the 2 bone wing portions...when I buy the same bucket for one at freshstop caltex Winelands astron I gt the correct portions and it's ALWAYS FRESH...when I got home the only thing that warm warm was the 2x wings...the thigh piece was cold and overcooked and dry "NOT FRESH" the chips was also cold "NOT FRESH"...IF anything is fresh it should be hot or warm...as freshstop caltex Bayview don't follow the name itself "FRESHSTOP" cz it ain't fresh....last time I was given raw chicken issue was never resolved...each to his own but I personally won't buy chicken there again of the poor service I received unprofessional...if a customer is unhappy with something u make it right nd make the customer happy cz u wud want the customer to come back again...freshstop Bayview...HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!
