Catex fresh stop doesnt let you use toilets

I have been on the road for many hours, I went into a fresh stop in Crystal Park Benoni and bought some groceries. I told the cashier I desperately need to go to the toilet and she stutters and says its not working. Stuttering because she's lying, she says it's out of order but there's no sign saying its out of order.
