Called a ****** by the manager

I was called a ****** when I complained about the way the manager was speaking to me yesterday morning (30 Sept ) at 7.20am at the Caltex Fresh Stop 10 cedar road fourways branch. He shouted at me in front of other customers and his staff. I am a 46 year old white woman and it was an absolute disgrace how he spoke to me. I will be posting on the I Love fourways page, I have emailed freshstop and caltex and seattle coffee company .This man needs to be fired. How dare he speaks to customers like this?
