Bought Cheese and it was sour very sour returned it and they wanted a slip but it has a barcode with the details to say I bought it at Freshstop Empangeni

I bought cheese last week Thursday at Empangeni Freshstop was preparing for my child's lunch.When had finished cooking I realised the cheese was stale.I happened to pass the garage again that day and als told the guy about the cheese and also informed him I will bring it back.He also explained to me that they had moved fridges because they were fixing them and probably the reason it is stale.

So today I took the cheese back.There is still stock of the same cheese in the fridge.Also,they have the same description also still have the price in there to say that it was bought from Empangeni Freshstop.The guys asks for a slip and says he can't help me.So am asking with all the technology in the world and all the controls that you have you can't actually trace that this cheese belongs to Freshstop and it like I had borrowed it or picked it up and hence I cannot get my refund.Is that how you treat loyal customers and handle their complaints you have no solution except the slip are we living in the 90s with such low customer content.

I am mad never been treated like this in the store..Hell no
