Bad service from Fresh stop at Caltex N4 Orchards Nelspruit

I just would like to say that the take away department at Fresh stop Orchards Nelspruit has very rude customers. We have been there twice where the staff were extremely rude. Asked questions, got rude answers. When we want to order we get "I am busy". I have never in my life experienced such customer service. Being in retail myself, customer service is what keeps the company going. And in these tough time, a company can not afford to give customers these kind of attitude. I think is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never in my life put my foot in that shop. The previous time another customer verbally attacked me and my partner and the rest of the staff were standing there and watched the thing. Not cool at all. So either you give the staff customer service training or close the doors.
