Bad Service/Attitude

I am a Standard Bank client and an UCount rewards member, thus I only use Caltex for fuel and Fresh Stop for other items.

Yesterday 29/08/2016, after refuelling, I bought myself something to eat, just to find out when I got back to work that it was very old.

I went back to fresh stop and the supervisor, ****son, was so inadequately trained that he could not resolve the issue with the finesse a supervisor is supposed to.

He eventually offered me another sub and a cooldrink and said 'I think you would be happy with this'. That is absolutely ridiculous. Am I not the 1 who decides when I am happy?

The sub that was replaced was not much better than the first and I decided to buy myself pies instead.

This morning 30/08/2016, I phoned the store and spoke to a lady, a manager of some kind, who was very apologetic and professional. She arranged that I come into the office and they will compensate me for all my efforts and I was grateful for that.

But instead, when I got to the store the lady was not there and another gentleman assisted me.

Now this guys was a piece of work. I do not know his title or what he does at the store but his demeanour was of the lowest standard I have seen in a while. I already explained myself to the lady, she has already apologised and all he had to do is follow up on the beautiful service the lady has given me but instead he 'interrogates' me, while he poses like he is having a casual chat with a friend.

This is more proof that the staff at fresh stop, specifically Fresh Stop Airport is inadequately trained.

We live in times where the public sector is not of the standard we would expect, but for the private sector to have such low standards that is sad. Train your staff properly PLEASE! I am in customer service and I have never had a client complain about my service because I try my best to do my best at all times.

I'll wait for someone's response, promptly.
