Bad Service and no Customer Servfice

This is the second time that i shop at Freshstop and i must say i don't know why i return. Always bad service by the ladies with no eager to help. The second time i had to stop to get bread and juice for my kids, the pricing was not done correctly, when asked about the pricing the ladies said it was the ladies before them. Surely in this case its more like passing the buck. Not good at all. When asked for customer service they just dont give a damn, My question is why are they still employed:(
