Bad products

Good day

I was so upset a week ago when i bought steak at Freshstop, we prepaired a braai for the evening and when i opened the packaging the steak smelled wrotten. I left it in the fridge and took it back the next morning. But the point is, its a mission to always drive back to the shop, its far and just to get your money back, what about my inconvinience? Do anybody ever think about that, my time and petrol money?
